I, Mia Tait, have been seeing Monica for over 6 months due to a chronically sore broken elbow with complications. From my increased health beginning with taking Vitamin B and C shots. I went on a three week holiday and due to increased movement I got arm inflammation and infection. If it wasn't for Monica being able to dress my wound and give me 5ml a very big shot twice a day of antibiotic I would have been hospitalized and then spent months going in and out of hospital twice a day for injections. She also choose to give me anti inflammatory injection daily for a week which reduced all the swelling.  I am lucky to have her and her sweet smiling face visit me daily twice and never missed an appointment. She researched and discretely talked to colleagues and has come up with a solution that draws out the final sore. It is a long story but was over a long time and I can give nothing more than 100% satisfaction and feel blessed we have Monica here helping us in a foreign country.

Jennifer T. - Monica was prompt, approachable, kind and on point. I felts as if she knew what she was doing. Having her as a "first responder" at 10pm-ish allowed me to relax and enter into the ER the next day with an idea of what to expect. Having her to talk to after the ER visit helped me too- like a reconfirmation of what took place in ER was cool (or not, as in the botched Danang re-casting). She was very helpful in explaining why certain drugs were selected- as VN and other countries utilize different med/compound than the US. I also felt safe knowing that she was just a phone call or text away if I had issues. Hashing things out with her- like getting mad/upset or crying- or asking insane questions over and over again would be best done with her for cultural and linguistic reasons. Overall Monica is a great first responder and follow-up person to work with- alone or in tandem with ER- kind, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. 

Jimi F. - It was great taking my girlfriend to Monica and getting the western standard service with a great smile! I would recommend Monica to anyone who needs. She really knows what she is doing and does with care and compassion. She was full service that I will always use again. I can't thank her enough. 

Cassandra H.- What I liked the most about working with Monica is the punctuality and thoughtfulness. She gave me the right help when I needed it most. I see her enthusiasm when she took care of my broken leg. She did so in a dilligent, gentle and professional way. If I need medical help, I will address her immediately. She is the most skilled and caring nurse. I find competence and compassion in her care. She tried to find the best way to help my broken leg. She is a great nurse and took care of the small things. She set reminders in my phone to take my medications. She reminded me to not be active strongly, encouraged me to try to eat and reassure my spirit. She was very understanding about my prescriptions, reminds me of what to do and should not do to heal bone quickly.
